I started at You Move Me in October 2022. On my first day, I was immediately inspired by the legacy wall of crew members who had started just like me. From that moment, I was motivated to work hard and see where that dedication could take me.
That drive carried me through promotions to Crew Lead in January 2023 and into Operations in January 2024. With the development from other leaders and my teammates, I gained the knowledge and confidence to grow into a strong operator.
In July 2025, I was given the opportunity to lead my own location in Twin Cities as General Manager. What I love most about You Move Me is helping new hires I’ve trained grow into Crew Leads, Operators, and even future franchise owners.
